Once your hard drive has arrived, it will be processed and placed in our class 100 clean room and undergo a full diagnostic evaluation at NO CHARGE to you. This will allow our engineers to determine exactly what the problems are relating to your drive. The evaluation process will typically take 4-6 hours to complete at which point you will be provided with a firm quote detailing the failure of your media and the cost for your recovery. Once we are given the go ahead your recovery will take place immediately and will normally be returned to you within 24-48 hours.
