It is extremely important that your drive is packaged carefully to avoid any additional damage during shipment. Careful packaging will ensure a greater degree of recovery of your data.

  • If possible, wrap the drive in an anti-static material.
  • Pack the drive in a box twice the size of the drive, using foam, bubble or any anti-shock / vibration material.
  • Please fill out the evaluation form as thoroughly as possible, print it, and include a copy with your package.
  • For MFM, RLL, & ESDI drives, please include the controller card.
  • Please ship your media to the nearest lab location:
